I was browsing the web and saw someone (sorry I can’t remember where) had a Christmas Tree with their kids pictures as ornaments on them. So I decided to make my own version of it. I used my Paper Dolls Cricut cartridge to make my tree and Plantin Schoolbook to make my circles…umm I mean “ornaments”. I sponged the edges of the tree and ornaments. I then used some twine to make little bows. I punched out a star and added a button. I have to say buttons and ribbons are my absolute favorite embellishments! Then I stamped my snowflakes and Merry Christmas on to my chalkboard. I have to say this is one of my favorite little projects so far. I already have a special place for it.
Recipe: Chalkboard, white pigment ink & Archival Black, CTMH Holiday Trinkets, Topiary & Chocolate paper, and yellow textured paper from craft store, twine, button, glue dots.
